The RISC-V Summit Europe will be a unique opportunity for members of the ecosystem to engage with the broader community. Becoming a sponsor will enable your organisation to connect with attendees from industry, government, research and academia, developing applications across a range of markets.
There are three levels of sponsorship package, with benefits that include speaking opportunities, promotional opportunities, exhibition space and conference passes. A la carte opportunities are also available
- Speaking slot: 15-minute keynote or 20 minutes in a track session (Automotive, HPC, Tools, Security AI)
- Largest booth space 3x2 (Sponsor to either bring their own custom stand or select pre-fabbed frame)
- 8 full-conference passes (total for staff and customers)
- Access to meeting room for booking private meetings
- 2-minute video with RISC-V CEO Calista Redmond (priority in the event playlist)
- 15-minute demo theater presentation (1) - recorded (priority in the demo playlist)

- Student/DEI Sponsors – Provide financial support/scholarship to need-demonstrated students or under-represented individuals to attend the event.

Sponsorships will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is based on when completed sponsor form is received by Technical Secretariat (BCO).
