After May 30th, registration will only be available at the registration desk, at the summit venue.

Fees tiers

The RISC-V Summit Europe has three tiers of registration fees:

  • Master Students & Attendees of Low Income Countries, Low & Middle Income Countries (MSc, LIC & LMIC). Proof of studentship will be requested in the registration form for MSc students. The list of LIC & MLIC is available in this document.
  • PhD students & PostDocs. Postdoctoral researchers. Proof of studentship will be requested in the registration form for PhD students.
  • Academia & Industry. Industry professionals, staff scientists, group and team leaders.

Registration deadlines and fees

The RISC-V Summit Europe has three main periods:

  • Technical Working Group (TWG) Meetings & Tutorials on Monday June 8th. Attending the TWG requires you to be a member of the TWG organizing body. No membership is required for tutorials.
  • Core summit from Tuesday 9th to Thursday 11th: with keynotes, presentations, panel, industrial exhibition, demos, posters, etc.
  • Side events, on Friday 12th.

The Monday 8th TWG meetings and Tutorials are free of charge. The fees for the Core Summit are presented in the table below.

Registration prices are inclusive of VAT.

The fees for the Side events will be publised latter on.

Please note that online registration is available until Saturday, May 30th, via the link at the top of this page. After this date, registration will only be possible on-site at the registration desk located at the summit venue.

Included in the registration fees

The conference registration fees covers:

  • The fees to attend the Core summit, from Tuesday June 9 to Thursday June 11 (plenaries, poster sessions, demo theater, and exhibition area).
  • Welcome cocktail on Tuesday 9.
  • Social event on Wednesday 10.
  • Lunches and coffee breaks during the Core summit – Tuesday to Thursday.
  • Certificate of attendance for PhD students.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation or change of your registration must be notified in writing by email to Antonella.

The following conditions will be applied:

  • Cancellations request received before April 13th, 2026: refund of fees minus a 50.00 € administrative charge.
  • Cancellations received between April 14th and May 25th, 2026: refund of fees minus a 50 % administrative charge.
  • Refunds will unfortunately no longer be possible after May 25th, 2026.

Refunds will be credited only to the person or entity who paid the original registration. Reimbursement to or for the benefit of third parties is excluded.
