The final day of the RISC-V Summit Europe week is dedicated for your project meetings or workshops.
Project meetings and public workshop
After four days of updates on the global RISC-V ecosystem, Friday 12th is the perfect opportunity to propose your own workshop or to hold the regular meeting of your research consortium.
Rooms capacity and prices
A variety of rooms in different sizes are available for rent to accommodate such events.

The price quoted is based on a full-day event. Unfortunately, we do not offer half-day room rentals.
Extra registration required
Participation in one or more side events requires individual registration for Friday, 12th, along with the payment of the 60 € associated fees to cover breaks and lunch.
Workshop Organization Details
All workshops are expected to follow the same schedule to facilitate shared breaks and lunch:
- 08:30-09:00 - Welcome and late registration
- 09:00-10:30 - 1st Morning session
- 10:30-11:00 - Break
- 11:00-12:30 - 2nd Morning session
- 12:30-13:30 - Lunch
- 13:30-15:00 - 1st Afternoon session
- 15:00-15:30 - Break
- 15:30-17:00 - 2nd Afternoon session
- 17:00-17:15 - Folding and closure
