Fees tiers

The RISC-V Summit Europe has three tiers of registration fees:

• Students (up to completion of Master degree) & Attendees of Low Income Countries, Low & Middle Income Countries (Students, LIC & LMIC). Proof of student status will be requested in the registration form for MSc students. The list of LIC & MLIC is available in this document.
• PhD students & PostDocs. Postdoctoral researchers. Proof of student status will be requested in the registration form for PhD students.
• Academia & Industry. Industry professionals, staff scientists, group and team leaders.

Registration deadlines and fees

The RISC-V Summit Europe has three mains periods:

• Technical Working Group (TWG) Meetings and Tutorials on Monday June 24th, afternoon. Attending the meetings requires to be a member of the TWG organizing body.
• Core summit from Tuesday 25th to Thursday 27th: with keynotes, presentations, panel, industrial exhibition, demos, posters, etc.
• Side events on Friday 28th, for events related to RISC-V and open source technologies: open workshops, consortium meetings, etc. More details on the Fri 9th Side Events page.

The Monday TWG meetings are free of charge. The fees for remaining of the week are presented in the table below.

The Friday Side Events are not included in the main registration. Registration for them is available at 60 €

Included in the registration fees

The conference registration fee includes:

• Access to all main conference sessions on June 25-27 (scientific and poster sessions, and exhibition area).
• Receipt of all main conference materials.
• Welcome reception on Tuesday, June 25.
• Social event on Wednesday, June 26.
• Lunches and coffee breaks during the conference – Tuesday to Thursday, and Friday if option taken.
• Certificate of attendance for PhD students.

Cancellation policy

All registration changes and cancellations must be communicated to K.I.T. Group in written form, i.e. via email or mail. In case of cancellation of the registration or cancellation of single bookings received before the early registration deadline, a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee applies. No refund will be given for cancellations made after the early registration deadline and the claim for the full payment of all registration fees remains, respectively.

No refund will be given for unattended events, illness or early termination of attendance.

In case of cancellations due to denied VISA applications, the full registration fee minus a processing fee of EUR 50.00 will be refunded after the conference if the visa was applied for in time. To apply for the refund, a proof of timely application together with an official notice from the embassy confirming that a visa could not be granted needs to be forwarded to K.I.T. Group by email or mail.
